Ginger Latham Studios




Ginger Latham is a Nashville area native currently residing with her husband, in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee.
While traveling abroad, Ginger was inspired by the unique beauty of the landscape to specialize in European scenery focusing on the Mediterranean Region. Through her love of Old World culture she strives to invite the viewer into her painting experience.
Ginger began studying under local artist Shirley Pharris in 1999. She has had the additional privilege of studying with nationally known artists Charles Gruppe’, Margaret Dyer, Lew Gordon, Igor Babailov, Dawn Whitelaw and Barbara Applegate as well as the Portrait Society of America 2001 International Portrait Competition winner, Shane Neal. She has also attended demonstrations featuring Richard Schmid and Daniel Greene.
Her work has been featured by several venues, including Belle Meade Plantation and she has won both local and national awards. Ginger is currently teaching art at a private studio in Mt.
